how to edit photoshop files for free
If you’re a Photoshop user and want to stop paying huge fees, your in luck. Photoshop files can now be edited and created using the the GNU Image Minipulation Program ( GIMP ). GIMP is free software and is availible for MAC OSX, Linux and Windows and can create and edit virtually any file format.

This how to is probably more informing that the GIMP can open Photoshop files vs actually showing you how to do it. It’s as easy as click the open button in GIMP and selecting the photoshop file.

The GIMP is very comparible to Photoshop and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are actually more features than Photoshop being that it’s open source and easy to make plug-ins. You can use GIMP to touch up Photos, create logos and do everything that you did with Photoshop.

Check it out here.
